    《法商管理案例》(外企篇)所选案例均出自毅伟案例库,案例内容集中于外国企业进入中国市场的战略考虑,外国企业在中国市场运营过程中所遇到的文化冲突、策略调整、人员管理等管理问题的思考与实践,其目的在于建立管理理论与中国市场环境的真实管理情境,在案例教学中不仅可以提高管理者的理论与实践能力,还可以促进中外企业管理者的高效交流。
